I am pictured working on the mainmast which took 12 hours
to produce. The model with display case took approximately
45 days.

The HMS
ENDEAVOR is not a strange name to the maritime. Many
models exist of this fine replica and I was honored to
build this for a client in San Antonio, Texas.
The model, shown hereat1:170 scale, 17"inches overall,
is as close to the original as possible. The detail both
in the actual photo and the model compliment each other.
The model is handcrafted in wood with no commercial
fittings of any kind. The sails are hand-drawn on paper,
cut, treated and folded to give realism to the modelas
shown.
This can be commissioned at the scale mentioned. Asking
price: $7,500. Other scales are welcome and negotiable.
Contract and deposit are required. |
